Kason Morris's Story
Nearly two decades inside the work of enterprise transformation.
Kason began in management consulting and organizational development, advising Fortune 500 and global clients at firms including Accenture, and supporting large-scale change across financial services, government, retail, and consumer sectors. Over time he moved from designing learning to reshaping how entire organizations build capability.
He went on to lead learning and workforce strategy at companies including Vidyo, UserZoom, Salesforce, Allstate, and Merck, architecting skills frameworks, internal talent marketplaces, and skills-informed operating models that reached tens of thousands of employees.
Alongside his enterprise roles, he founded Kason Morris & Co. and the LifeWork platform, was recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice, and authored Life Work Revolution. Today he brings that experience together into one coherent focus: helping organizations see the work and build human capability.
