LifeWork

What is all this work for?

I've spent much of my career thinking about how work creates value for organizations. LifeWork starts with another question: what should work create in a life?

The Book That Started the Conversation

Life Work Revolution

Life Work Revolution is the foundation of my LifeWork philosophy; an invitation to stop treating work and life as competing forces and intentionally design what they create together.

The book grew from my own experience of career reinvention, burnout, ambition, fatherhood, and the realization that professional success means very little if the life around it isn't working.

It offers practical ideas for building greater freedom, optionality, purpose, and alignment without assuming there is one right career or one definition of success.

Keep designing.

LifeWork isn't a destination. It's an ongoing practice of making intentional choices about work, family, freedom, money, health, and what matters next.
